Borg & Overström Award – Team member of the quarter

We’re proud to congratulate this month’s Team Members of the Quarter! April – June 2015

Alan Cruddas has won the overall employee of the quarter award, with his cheerful attitude and his impressive work ethic. When under pressure with other team members having time off, Alan has more than made up for this and even managed to set some team records for despatch.  He’s willing to go the extra mile and cooperative in working with others, keeping cool even when working long hours.

The runner-up this quarter was Joanne Mulloy, Accounts Executive. Quietly efficient at any time, since Borg & Overström took on the Fish project Joanne has impressively risen to the challenge, taking a vastly increased workload in her stride with positivity and levelheadedness. She’s grown in confidence with the challenge, and on top of all her extra work, she has even started to take and process Fish calls with her customary politeness and efficiency.

Honourable mention goes to Louise Dunham, whose name has cropped up for nomination this time and last time. Sales administration is a demanding and thankless task and Louise is invariably cheerful, helpful and uncomplaining. June’s sales were the highest on record, and Louise processed 911 orders last month, as well as continuing her UK sales role with competence and efficiency.
