Express Vending attend the Borg & Overström academy
On Thursday the 20th of April, we were fortunate enough to be joined by three motivated team members from vending company, Express Vending, at our Borg & Overström academy in Wilmslow, Manchester. Together, we discussed the Borg & Overström culture, and how this is infused in everything we do, from the product range, to our customer services. We outlined just how the Direct Chill system works (if you’re curious, you can read all about that here), and how it compares to the more traditional reservoir system.
The Express Vending team were able to view fully functional models of all our water dispensers, and learnt from our product experts the features and benefits of each product, as well as the internal workings of each water cooler. We covered each stage, from installation and commissioning, including operational function, to routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair.
Express Vending provide coffee and refreshment vending machine solution to offices and work places, they are based in Hemel Hempstead, and have 25 years of experience within the industry. Express Vending pride themselves on promoting and encouraging healthier lifestyles, as they understand that healthy and hydrated workers are happy workers, to this end they provide machines with a range of products and health options, alongside information on ingredients and nutritional value. Express Vending take the time to know where the products for their vending machines originate from, and how they are sourced, providing a wide range of Fairtrade and UTZ products.
