Video suite upgrade elevates customer training and support

 
We’ve upgraded our studios with broadcast-quality audio and visual equipment, elevating the quality of customer training and support. Partners can log in from anywhere in the world to access personalised training, technical support or explore our product range.

We can demonstrate any appliance, including tap systems, floorstanding and countertop water dispensers. We can also guide customers through solving technical challenges or performing maintenance.

“It’s transforming technical support in particular,” says Jay Dunham, Borg & Overström product manager. “If a customer calls HQ with a technical query that’s difficult to explain over the phone, we can send them a video link and take them step-by-step through rectifying the issue in real-time.”

Live video has also enabled us to provide global partners with a more flexible training option. “We can deliver one-to-one or group training sessions on all models via video,” Jay adds. “If you have a new staff member join or recruit new team members to cover peak sales periods, we can provide tailor-made training sessions.”

Our virtual studios have elevated the experience for customers seeking support or demonstrations. Crucially, it has also reduced how much travelling our sales team needs to do, improving their wellbeing and lowering our carbon footprint.
