Borg & Overström to enter new markets in global expansion push
As part of our global expansion plans, we’re inviting business owners from growth markets to enter our partner selection process. Most recently we have engaged with potential partners from UAE, Italy, Spain, Eastern Europe and Australia.
Borg & Overström currently operate in 46 countries, but our ambition is to expand into new markets including China, Japan, Asia Pacific and Canada. Our focus is on becoming a truly global business.
We’re looking to partner with brand-led organisations where our vision and values are closely aligned. Suitable partners are typically Office Coffee Service (OCS) businesses, as well as established and premium bottleless water cooler companies.
It is really important that potential partners are like-minded and meet a mutual selection criteria, however they do not always have to be large concerns, or indeed already sell water. Critically though, we want to be able to engage the business at an owner or senior decision-maker level.
This month we invited the business owner and senior personnel from an OCS business in Dubai to visit us in the UK. The company doesn’t currently supply water to customers but is interested in taking advantage of the emerging point of use water dispenser market in Dubai.
By becoming a Borg & Overström partner this business will gain access to exclusive sales and technical training, know-how, and extensive marketing resources. Our mission is to empower our partners to achieve more so everything we do focuses on the future success of our partners. This includes tailoring services and providing additional solutions relevant to individual markets.
