  • Training workshops across all areas

    Our training workshops provide support in all areas, equipping you with all you need to confidently sell our market-leading water refreshment solutions. We share our in-depth understanding of the commercial markets, as well as providing specific training on brand, product, sales and service.

  • Brand training workshop

    This workshop provides the background to the Borg & Overström brand and the rich culture that makes it what it is.

    Borg & Overström has experienced consistent double-digit growth during its life and has secured worldwide brand recognition, even when the economy was unfavourable and the industry was struggling. We share some of the secrets of our success with our customers so that you too can have part in this growth.

    Service training workshop

    This hands-on workshop covers all of the detailed expertise your team need to actually install, maintain and service the range of dispensers.

    It covers every stage, from installation and commissioning, including operational function, to routine maintenance and fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Sales training workshop

    Borg & Overström has always been a company with a strong and proactive sales focus. You’ll be trained by sales veterans who know the industry through and through – they know the challenges you face and they can give tried and tested ways to overcome them.

    Key topics include how and why to be proactive to keep your sales pipeline full, how to set up a simple but effective pipeline tracking system to keep track of every opportunity for maximum wins, and how to deliver a strong presentation to your clients to stand out from competitors.
  • Product training workshop

    Our showrooms have fully functional models of all water dispensers, so that you can have a look at them and learn from product experts the features and benefits of each, why they were designed for specific market sectors and how to sell each one.

    We also briefly cover the internal working of each dispenser to give you an idea of just how reliable, durable and simple to maintain these machines are, and to enable your team to be able to talk knowledgeably about these products to your customers.

State-of-the-art teaching facility

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Borg & Overström Academy has been successfully run online via Zoom software. This has made it much more accessible to all of our distributors – whilst you can still book to attend a covid-safe session on-site we now offer virtual sessions.
