Borg & Overström Award – Team member of the quarter.

David Hyland our dedicated service technician has been awarded the employee of the quarter for January – March 2015, and he deserves every accolade it can heap on him.  Awarded for his consistant, positive, can-do attitute to all staff, his work and the Borg & Overström brand. He is a dedicated team member and a true role model to any team member in any organisation.

Invariably polite and cheerful, however under pressure, David tirelessly spends his days buried inside water machines, literally immersed in his job. He played a key role on the technical stand at VP and sold the brand irrespective of the language barrier. His positive attitude to life and his courteous, self-effacing manner mean that everyone’s pleased for him to receive this award.

Zoltan Kerekes is the runner up for the employee of the Quarter prize.  Awarded the second place for his commitment to his work and the way he maintains a high level of quality workmanship. Also for the way he can adapt quickly to a number of different roles and his respect to any commands he may recieve on a daily basis.
