We’ve streamlined our ordering process and introduced new online tools including distributor resources, exploded diagrams, and a model specifier to make managing your account with us faster and more convenient. In the next few posts we’ll introduce you to these new features, beginning with the web store.

Order replacement parts and accessories online
The web store was created to make placing orders easier and more time efficient for both our partners and fulfilment team. Before launching the store all orders were placed either by phone or email. Orders made online are now sent digitally to fulfilment, bypassing our accounts and technical teams and speeding up the whole process.
We’ve also introduced new tools to help you find the correct part. The filters in particular make searching our catalogue faster. You can filter initially by models, accessories or parts to unlock further filtering options such as compatibility and configuration, part type, colour, voltage, and consumables.
To make locating the correct component even easier, we’ve also added interactive exploded diagrams for each dispenser model into the support area of the website. More on this in a future post.
Manage your account
A key feature of the store is the accounts area. By signing up to the web store you can gain access to your full account history, including account balance. You can also view or download previous orders and reorder items in one click.
From anywhere at any time
Crucially, partners can access their account or place orders from anywhere in the world at any time of day. As we continue to expand into international markets, such as Australia and the United States, it’s important that all Borg & Overström distributors are able to manage their accounts at a time that suits them.
